Refund policy

Natural Baseball Return & Exchange Policy

Most Natural Baseball merchandise is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Size Exchanges: We are happy to offer a one-time size exchange on apparel that is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Customized Items: Personalized or customized merchandise is final sale unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Original items must be returned to Natural Baseball before a replacement item is provided.
